Production Time: Most products are created within 2–7 business days. Once your item has been produced, we will organize shipping.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
Please note that during peak periods (sales, holidays, or promotions), processing times may be slightly longer.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
